Job Summary:
The part-time Remote Student Support Concierge will provide support to students impacted by the transition to remote learning.
Essential Functions:
- Make outbound calls to students impacted by the transition to remote learning to assess needs and connect students to resources to support their success
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from students impacted by the transition to remote learning
- Provide first level technical assistance to students who need guidance on using technology in remote classes, and escalate to experts as needed
- Assist students in understanding the course delivery options available
- Connect economically-impacted students dealing with food and housing insecurity to counselors and/or community-based organizations for assistance with food and housing
- Assist students with financial aid questions, payment options, past-due debt, and emergency assistance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
