Purpose of Position
This position will provide project management, coordination, and logistical oversight of IHI grant activities. Specific work includes managing stakeholders and coordinating work across team members, the public, private entities, and healthcare providers, as required. Will ensure that all IHI activities are completed and will maintain communication among partner members. Position will also track and manage tasks, workflow, timelines, meetings, schedules, changes, project updates, and internal reporting. Will be responsible for identifying additional opportunities, assisting with departmental budgets, and performing other duties as necessary. Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that all IHI activities are completed, including maintaining clear and transparent communication among IHI partner members and organizations;
  • Supporting IHI contributors in leveraging their skills to implement IHI activities;
  • Tracking and reporting on short-term outcomes and long-term goals; assisting with report writing and dissemination efforts;
  • Supervising IHI activities’ logistical arrangements;
  • Helping identify additional IHI opportunities; helping to engage additional partners;
  • Assisting with budgets;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree with 3 years related work experience in non-profit, business, or project management .

Must have skills related to using Microsoft Office products and project management software. Must have data entry skills. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience 3 years Salary $21.82/hr minimum Pay Grade S70
