About Blueprint Medicines:
Blueprint Medicines will offer three 2-year Fellowship Programs in collaboration with Northeastern University designed to offer Doctor of Pharmacy graduates an in-depth experience in a biopharmaceutical industry setting. Blueprint Medicines is a global precision therapy company striving to improve human health. With a focus on genomically defined cancers, rare diseases and cancer immunotherapy, we combine our leading expertise in protein kinases with a uniquely targeted, scalable approach to empower the rapid design and development of transformational medicines.

Responsibilities:

Oncology and Rare Disease Marketing:
The Oncology Marketing Fellowship at Blueprint Medicines will offer a unique opportunity to complement one' PharmD training with hands-on commercial experience within a rapidly growing biotechnology company. The fellow will work directly on one of Blueprint Medicines' brand teams and engage in projects around marketing strategy, tactical execution, market analytics, sales training and, patient services. In addition, this fellow will collaborate on a daily basis with professionals across the organization including Sales, Market Analytics, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, and Patient Advocacy. Key workstreams may include:

Manage the development and execution of select branded and unbranded promotional materials

Coordinate elements of marketing operations, including those related to the promotional material review, promotional material fulfillment, and field training for new material

Assist in managing market research for message testing and to derive treatment landscape insights from key customer groups

Summarize key insights from emerging clinical data in the oncology space to inform projects and initiatives within the commercial organization

Assist in managing and directing advertising agencies and other marketing external vendors

Develop and deliver presentations as needed to the marketing team and other internal groups

Collaboration with internal and external partners across drug development and commercialization continuum

Travel may include, but is not limited to, attendance at key sales and marketing meetings, as well as attendance to medical congresses

Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited institution, eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Massachusetts.

Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and leadership skills, ability to work independently and take initiative on a variety of projects at the industry site and Northeastern.
