Position Summary:

The Operations Coordinator for the Associated Students of the University of Puget Sound (ASUPS) is a regular part-time (.80 FTE — 12 months, 40 hours per week with 20 hours per week between mid-May and mid- August) position responsible for ensuring the continuity and integrity of the Student Government office. The Operations Coordinator collaborates with and advises all ASUPS Executive Cabinet Members, supports the record keeping of all ASUPS Branches, and works closely with numerous departments and divisions across campus to manage the diverse needs of the ASUPS.

The ASUPS seeks to be a department that champions equity, inclusion, and justice while providing a student voice through representation, fostering a sense of community among students, and executing the official business of the Student Body.
