The Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is seeking a board certified or board eligible, full-time, academic Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team of two pediatric otolaryngologists. The applicant will have completed a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship and be able to obtain an unrestricted Maryland medical license. Faculty appointment will be at the assistant/associate/professor level.
The ideal candidate will be clinically-focused on excellent patient care and manage the full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngologic conditions, including airway disorders in infants and children. Aerodigestive and voice experience is a plus but not required. The University of Maryland Medical Center has a large level IV neonatal intensive care unit as well as a busy congenital cardiac surgery program. T eaching residents and medical students, as well as an interest in clinical/translational research is required.
