The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Providence College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship commencing Fall 2022. Essential Duties
The person hired will have a nine-credit teaching load each semester and will be expected to teach a variety of computer science courses. The position requires a commitment to undergraduate teaching and a commitment to research. Education and Experience Required
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in computer science (or earn one by August 1, 2022) from an accredited institution and demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching, the ability to establish a scholarly research program, and a willingness to be active in service to the college and community.
