This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. The CRM System Manager will be responsible for oversight, maintenance, and administration of CRM to various departments on campuses responsible for recruitment and retention of undergraduate students. This position serves as the liasion between end users and the vender as well as overseeing the day to day operations/management of the systems. This includes helping with workflow issues, training staff, managing rolls for staff in the CRM, creating/modifying email templates, developing enrollment management workflows, data management, application development, and application implementations. Bachelor’s degree: Business, Database Management Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing, Web Page Maintenance, Other - Computer Relationship Management preferred Experience
-Experience working with a CRM in higher education or content management system and relevant web application systems preferably with recruitment and admissions. Experience with SLATE a plus.
-Experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to produce reports.
-Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Excel and other report writing tools essential.
