Position Summary
These temporary 1st Assistant Coach and 2nd Assistant Coach
positions will assist the head coach in running all aspects of
anNCAAsport varsity program, with a
primary focus on direct coaching of our student-athletes in an
individual and team environment. The 1st Assistant Coach will also
have an administrative role within team operations and recruitment.
The 1st Assistant Coach will have duties that stretch beyond the
playing and practice season and will have substantial interact with
team members.
Responsibilities:
These positions play an important role in the retention of student-athletes within their program. Metrics used to assess the effectiveness of overall program recruitment include: Campus visits, Off campus contacts, applications, acceptances, and total number of SA enrolled and level. The head coach will give a subjective evaluation of this positions recruitment activity. Effectiveness of coaching duties will be measured by outcome oriented results, student-athlete feedback and administrative observation. Minimum Qualifications
