Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university with nine semester hours in programming.



  • Some experience in business application consulting or development.

  • Experience in the field of work related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

  • Degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
License/Certification Required Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this unit, Business Systems, is to provide development, implementation, and maintenance of systems accounting, procedures, security, reporting, and training for Business Affairs and ASU .

The IT Business Systems Analyst I is primarily responsible for configuring, maintaining and analyzing the eprocurement application (Jaggaer).

Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain a functional and efficient spend management software solution that interfaces with the university enterprise resource planning software.



  • Train users how to use the software solution.

  • Suggest and implement related process improvements.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Suggested Salary Range Commensurate on experience & education. 45,000 - 65,000 Physical Demands of Position
