Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for teaching, learning, research, and administration at Drexel's Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. The IT Support Specialist provides timely and effective tier 2 IT services; refers tier 3 issues to appropriate team members and vendors as needed; supports and troubleshoots Windows, macOS, and application deployments; and provides classroom AV support.
Required Qualifications
- No Minimum Educational Requirements for consideration.
- 2-3 years experience in the IT field are required.
- Acts collaboratively to provide timely and prompt turnaround for users.
- Uses excellent judgment when problem solving.
- High degree of professionalism, initiative, integrity, urgency, and motivation.
- Seeks out new responsibilities, generates new ideas, and practices self-development.
- Clearly and effectively expresses ideas and thoughts (verbally and in writing).
- Must be an active listener.
- A Bachelor's degree in related field if highly preferred.
- University City.
