Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Building and Ground Supervisors, this position provides services in support of University Recreation & Wellbeing. This position's primary responsibility is support of the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all indoor and outdoor recreational sports facilities and equipment. This position will mainly be required to work at the Nicholas Recreation Center, Monday-Friday during the day. Typical hours are 7am - 3pm. Work hours are subject to change to meet the needs of Rec Well. This position may be required to work at all Rec Well facilities as needed. This employee must be able to spend substantial time on their feet and is also able to perform lifting regularly up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.

2. Perform skilled repair and maintenance on facilities related to carpentry, painting, structural, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
