Interprets, advises, and serves as a consultative resource to schools/colleges/divisions on strategy, policies, procedures, statues, laws, and other human resources services to ensure compliance in accordance to policy and law.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and experiences.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Previous Human Resources experience is required.

Experience with Full Life Cycle recruitment, student employment or seasonal employment preferred.

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or the ability to obtain in 1-2 years.

Additional Information:

Schedule: 7:45am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Extra hours as priorities dictate.

This position will work primarily onsite during the initial 12-month evaluation period. After successfully completing the evaluation period this position has the ability to transition to a hybrid remote/on-site work schedule at the discretion of the individual employee and department.
