Job Summary
This position works in support of the Manager of Foundation Operations to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all gifts received by the JCCC Foundation. Using Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge customer relationship management tool (CRM), this position will perform daily data entry, process and acknowledge all gifts received within 48 hours, while ensuring all donor and other constituent records are up-to-date and accurate. The position works closely with other staff to assist with maintaining accurate and current database records as well as utilizing database tools to provide a variety of reports and research as requested.
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in a related field. Experience may substitute for degree.
Data-driven individual with attention to detail and commitment to accurate, clean data.
Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in a similar position, responsible for high levels of data entry, database management and gift processing.
Experience using reporting tools to research and produce reports as requested
Experience accepting and recording donor gifts in similar not-for-profit organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone manner.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience utilizing Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or Raiser’s Edge NXT or comparable database tool
Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
Experience in higher education
