Position Summary

Blackstone LaunchPad, a campus-based entrepreneurship network, is accepting applications to fill the Administrative Staff Assistant for Operations & Programming position. This role is responsible for the planning, administrative duties and operational execution of programming to inspire and empower our future innovators and entrepreneurs. Are you data driven, analytical, organized, handy with a spreadsheet, and a technology enthusiast? In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement in-person and virtual programming including speaking engagements, workshops, competitions, innovation sprints and other programs
  • Leverage technology to create operational efficiencies
  • Manage accounts payable, budgeting and other finance-related matters
  • Metric Outcomes and Reporting




This role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn. As the operations and programming assistant you will help build the next amazing cohort of startups, as they develop from early-stage idea to venture-backed companies. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Customer Retention Management ( CRM ) technology
  • Experience in higher education, program development, and/or supporting college bound students.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, venture capital, etc.
