The successful candidate must be licensed by the State of Indiana and credentialed as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), or prepared to acquire these credentials as a condition of ongoing employment. Clinical-track faculty are full members of the faculty, and are expected to demonstrate excellence in the areas of clinical practice/application, service/engagement, and clinical/classroom education for promotion. Although there is no expectation that the candidate will develop an independent program of research, preference will be given to candidates who have an interest in integrating research with clinical practice. Interested candidates will also have opportunities to contribute to ongoing research initiatives within our department, such as neurodevelopmental disorders, behavioral disorders, or others if desired (for a full list of Purdue research centers see: https://www.purdue.edu/research/centers-institutes-cores/list.php).
