The Finance Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, is seeking qualified applicants for an open tenure-track position. The opening is for the assistant professor rank in all areas of finance. Preferred candidates are those within two years of PhD graduation.
Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Requirements:
Candidates should have excellent prospects for scholarly
achievements in the area of finance; high quality work in progress
or, in the case of a candidate already holding an Assistant
Professor position, demonstrated research achievements; evidence of
and a commitment to quality teaching; ability to interact
effectively with others and make a meaningful contribution to the
department and the School; and a PhD in finance, economics or
related field.
