Palm Beach Atlantic University | Chief Legal Officer

Palm Beach Atlantic University invites nominations and applications for the position of Chief Legal Officer who will serve as the general counsel for the university.

Following the appointment of Dr. Debra Schwinn as President in early 2020, Palm Beach Atlantic University has attracted exceptional higher education administrators from across the country to lead strategic growth for the University and support its strong academic reputation and deep Christian commitment. The University now seeks a Chief Legal Officer and in-house general counsel to join this senior executive team. Reporting to the President, the Chief Legal Officer will be an experienced, competent, progressive, and visionary leader who will assess, improve, and lead all legal affairs for the institution. This is a unique opportunity to do really meaningful work at a rapidly growing organization in a desirable location and with a stellar team of executive leaders. Leveraging the world-class strategic location of the University, the Chief Legal Officer will support the development and implementation of a vision for Christian higher education which is at the leading edge of innovation to meet the challenges of the 21st century. The University looks forward to welcoming the ambitious, creative, and collaborative leader whose experience and calling support this institutional transformation.
