Position Summary:
The Research and Data Manager is responsible for research, data analysis, and data management for the Professional Education programs at EKU and may have a teaching assignment dependent on qualifications. The professional education programs span two departments within the College of Education and several departments within four additional colleges in the University. The Manager will work under the guidance of the Associate Dean collecting, analyzing, reporting, and managing data collection on student performance and outcome measures.

Minimum Education:
Master’s Degree in education, psychology, counseling, higher education, or related field is required.

Minimum Experience:
One year of related work experience.

Minimum Licensure and Certification:
Valid driver’s license.

Qualification Equivalencies:


Desired Qualifications:
Doctorate in Education, Psychology, or field appropriate to College of Education and experience with NCATE, CAEP, AAQEP, or similar and the accreditation and data
management needs of the college.

Job Functions:
Manages research and data analysis for educator preparation programs relative to recruitment efforts, student performance, and program outcomes.
Completes all other duties and special projects as assigned.
