The Department of Psychology at Greensboro College invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Psychology faculty position to begin January 2022. Teaching responsibilities include but are not limited to: Research Methods Learning and Cognition Physiological Psychology Human Factors Sensation and Perception General Psychology The final teaching assignments will be based on the candidate’s academic strengths and previous teaching experience.

The Department of Psychology offers an undergraduate major in Psychology, with minors in Human Factors and Child and Family Studies. The department also supports a major in Human Development and Family Studies. The Department of Psychology offers a traditional on-campus program, as well as an online degree in psychology.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

Earned doctorate in Psychology (ABD candidates will be considered provided degree is successfully completed prior to start date) Qualified candidates need to have evidence of successful teaching experience, research experience, and/or clinical experience Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
