Position one – primary work schedule Wednesday through Saturday 10 pm – 8 am. Evening and weekend work required.

Position two – primary work schedule Thursday through Tuesday 11 pm – 7:30 am. Evening and weekend work required.

Two Positions Available

This position assists with managing and supervising daily operations of the Schine Student Center. Responsible for maintaining and operating facilities daily. Assists with building inspections, special events and room set-ups for reservations. Coordinates Emergency Action Plans and building maintenance activities while on duty. Provides building coverage while on duty and as needed. Primary work schedule Wednesday through Saturday 10 pm – 8 am. Evening and weekend work required. Hours may vary based on operational needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in higher education. Strong communication, organizational and leadership/management skills. Job Specific Qualifications
Demonstrated success in student personnel training and supervision.
One year experience in higher education student center/union or student service setting. Immediate knowledge of MS Office, Windows and MAC software as relates to presentation software and connectivity.
One year experience managing facilities and operations in higher education.
ACUI membership and/or involvement preferred

Responsibilities
Train, evaluate, schedule and supervise late night managers and late night student staff. Assist with scheduling of 75 Building Operations staff. Implement and evaluate training procedures for RBO unit student staff.

Monitor facility usage, security, safety and quality by reporting building maintenance and recommending policies.

Manage the reservations, operation and information desks of the Schine Student Center, Goldstein Student Center and Skybarn.
