Assistant or Associate Professor of Commerce, Organizational Behavior

The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia is seeking applicants for a full-time, 9 -month tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor to teach core undergraduate and graduate classes in Organizational Behavior starting in Fall 2022. Additional interest and ability to teach electives in courses such as leadership, negotiation, change management, groups and teams, or organizational theory and structure is valued. A PhD in Organizational Behavior or a closely related field is required by the start date of the position.  The strongest candidates will show evidence of excellence in research, including publications in premier peer-reviewed or a growing high-potential pipeline. Candidates must also show evidence of a commitment to excellence in teaching, and to diversity and inclusion efforts that help advance understanding and outcomes for underrepresented groups.
