Job Description

The Business Support position will be part of the Childcare Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) grant team. This position will provide critical support to the grant team and the location-based approach of childcare support.

The main responsibilities of this position will be as follows:
  • Prepare and distribute individual invoices for childcare payments monthly.
  • Submit monthly invoices for payment from university monthly.
  • Reconcile vouchers for record keeping monthly.
  • Assist with determining individual student award amounts for childcare subsidy on a semester basis.
  • Prepare and manage university contracts with partner childcare centers
  • Maintain information related to licensure and accreditation of partner childcare centers.
  • Assist in preparation of scheduled and special grant reports and funding records.
  • Oversee purchasing of supplies and materials for grant team
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor applicants for this position for employment visas.

Shift

This is a part-time position and will predominately work hours during the regular business week. This position can accommodate a hybrid or fully-remote option and will work approximately 20 hours a week. Detailed schedule to be set with supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience working in an education setting
  • Experience working with Microsoft
  • Experience working independently with specific timelines and deadlines
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, prioritization, and compliance
Anticipated Hiring Range

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $15.00 - $20.00 hourly
