Job Description
T his position will provide fiscal support to the Trulaske College of Business. This position will be responsible for processing fiscal transactions including, but not limited to, PO and non-PO vouchers, travel and expense reports for students, staff, faculty, and non-employees, purchasing, reimbursements, account reconciliation, journal entries, outside vendor expense accounts, and requisitions.
Independently prepares and maintains financial reports, annual budget requests and projections. Researches and analyzes expenditure and revenue data, and identifying patterns and areas for cost saving.
Prepares and coordinates routine and atypical documentation, including compliance (information technology, system, university, and college approvals) and contract review and execution.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting the fiscal office with special projects, supply orders and various office-related tasks, staying up-to-date on current university accounting systems and practices, and other duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of University of Missouri fiscal policies and related systems.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 an hour
Grade: GGS 08
