The Organizational Behavior Area in the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking tenure-track faculty candidates at the rank of Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior. The primary duties will be to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level, conduct research, and provide service to the College, the Institute, and the organizational behavior profession.  Salary and a teaching load of three courses per year are competitive with leading research universities. 

Minimum Qualifications 
PhD in Organizational Behavior, Management, or related discipline. Junior faculty candidates for Assistant or advanced Assistant Professor should possess demonstrated potential for excellent scholarly research. 
The Organizational Behavior Area consists of tenure-track faculty members who have diverse backgrounds and pursue a variety of research interests. We also have a robust PhD program in Organizational Behavior and our PhD students closely work with faculty members to get their work regularly published in top management journals.
