Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The goal of Enrollment Management is to provide leadership for App State to achieve optimal outcomes for university access, recruitment, retention, and graduation. The division strategically plans and implements tactics to ensure that talented students continue to choose to enroll at App State and that those who enroll achieve success as measured by their timely graduation and achievement of their collegiate goals.

The Associate Director of CRM Solutions is a key player on the CRM team that leads the innovation, improvement, and long-term development of CRM solutions used in all facets of Enrollment Management. This position will be critical in supporting the growth of our undergraduate and graduate operation process.

We are looking for a professional who can:
  • Provide maintenance of the CRM, including but not limited to admission application development; managing user setup; fields, record types; building workflows; writing rules, populations, and queries; and building reports, dashboards, and forms.
  • Assists with CRM strategy and development; manages the functionality of features within Slate, as well as system-related processes for end-users within Admissions and campus partners.
  • Assist in leading and organizing training sessions in the effective and creative uses of the CRM both inside and outside of Enrollment Management and delegate permissions and roles in the use of the CRM as necessary. (ie: reporting and queries to ensure high levels of self-sufficiency)
  • Create workflow documentation on assigned projects that includes end-user instructions.
  • Assist in the process of clean import data requests into the CRM on demand and establishing upload procedures as well as data practices, including the reconciliation of duplicate records, for the CRM and all student information to the CRM.
  • Identify and assist with resolving related processing and technology problems.
  • Function and contribute in a team environment through participation in group discussions and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.



Work Schedule/Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (occasional weekends for Admissions events)
Suggested Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
