The successful candidate will primarily teach undergraduate-level courses in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship; other teaching assignments may be at the undergraduate or graduate level in management-related classes (e.g., Principles of Management). The standard teaching load is 9 hours per semester (three courses). Candidates must maintain an active research agenda and meet university service requirements.
Successful candidates will hold a Ph.D. in Management or Business Administration from an AACSB-accredited institution with an emphasis in strategic management, entrepreneurship, or a related discipline. Candidates who are ABD at the time of application will also be considered if in a position to complete their degree no later than the start date. Candidates must be able to publish in peer-reviewed management journals and have experience teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. Candidates must satisfy AACSB requirements to achieve and/or maintain Scholarly Academic status. Candidates must be committed to working for the professional success of all students.
