Employees in this classification are responsible for performing a wide variety of care activities in an assigned specialty or subspecialty outpatient clinic on an as needed basis. Incumbent is assigned per the direction of the local Director of Nursing Services. Work is performed as part of a total health care team in providing complete evaluations to patients.

  • Answer phone call center phone for Infant Risk Center and advises callers of medications that are safe to use when pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Researches database and relays information to callers
  • Collaborates and consults with team members as needed to optimize care
