Job Summary
Instruct student in Cell and Molecular Biology lecture and/or lab courses
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology or related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in Biology
One Year of college-level teaching experience in Cell and Molecular Biology or related discipline
Computer literacy including ability to communicate and develop teaching materials and enter grades electronically
Demonstrate familiarity with use of appropriate computer software
Demonstrate fluency in written and oral communications
Successfully completed undergraduate or graduate level coursework in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, chemistry and microbiology
Demonstrate familiarity with appropriate cell and molecular biology lab equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate in Cell and Molecular Biology or appropriate discipline
Community college teaching experience is preferred
Experience teaching both lecture and lab cell and molecular biology courses
