The West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute seek an Electrophysiologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) for a faculty position to provide services in Morgantown, WV. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows.

While this position will be primarily based in Morgantown, the WVU Heart Institute operates several satellite clinics whereby all section faculty have the opportunity to participate at the discretion of the department.

Morgantown is located 75 miles south of Pittsburgh.

Candidates must have an MD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible for West Virginia medical license at the time of employment. Successful candidates must have completed internal medicine residency, cardiovascular disease fellowship, and electrophysiology fellowship. Successful candidates must be board eligible in electrophysiology. All qualifications must be met b the time of employment.
