Purpose of Position
The enrollment coordinator will assist with professional development programs by managing and reporting on enrollments, maintaining and allocating provider licenses, and providing accurate and timely information to internal and external participants. This position will also direct internal and external constituencies to the appropriate professional education resources. Will coach learners and program administrators through the professional education enrollment process. Position will participate in community and on-campus activities to promote awareness of programs and contribute to the success of the University by performing other essential duties as assigned. Primary Responsibilities
Directs internal and external constituencies to the appropriate professional education resources. Coaches learners and potential learners and program administrators through the professional education enrollment process. Manages enrollments as needed. Creates enrollment and completion reports. Maintains and allocates the University’s professional education approved provider licenses. Assists in keeping internal and external-facing online information on professional education current and correct. Participates in community and on-campus activities and events to promote awareness of the University’s professional education programs. Contributes to the overall success of the University’s professional education efforts by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, communication, or related field with 1 year related work experience. An associate’s degree with at least 3 years related work experience is an acceptable equivalency. Must have the ability to independently manage the details associated with multiple projects, to track progress and generate reports, and to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, and the ability to interface with University faculty, staff, and students as well as the public, are required. The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required. Must have dependable transportation to campus and be able to sit for extended periods of time with prolonged exposure to computer monitors.
