Effectively achieving this balance requires high levels of engagement, strong communication and relational skills, a capacity for interest-based problem solving, and a commitment to collaboration across the college community.
At a minimum the selected candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited institution supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years of related experience and three (3) years of full-time college teaching, liberal arts, workforce development or student services experience. Additionally the preferred candidate will have experience in college leadership; strong background in CTE; Experience with program accreditation and collaborative work with unionized faculty; and Experience establishing and maintaining institutional partnerships to advance CTE opportunities.
