Coordinator, Administrative Program
Job Summary
The Financial Services - Travel Dept. at the University of Utah has an immediate opening for a Coordinator, Admin Program. This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver outstanding customer service and work with all departments across campus. In this position, there are opportunities to work in a dynamic team environment. This position offers the interactions across all levels of the institution. This position reports to the Accounting and Finance Manager - Travel.
Responsibilities
1. Provides awesome customer service to the campus community through teams' chat and ticket tracker.
2. Issues and books cash advances.
3. Monitors travel program quality and effectiveness and researches improvement methods.
4. Advises staff, students and others regarding travel program policies, goals and related technical issues.
5. Provides back up for team members as needed.
6. Booking of Travel wire transfers.
7. Report running and monitoring
8. Ad hoc projects from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) in a related field plus one year directly related experience or equivalency. Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience. (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience.)

Preferences
SAP Concur experience, knowledge of university travel, committed to providing excellent customer service, oriented towards process improvement, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Highly detail oriented and organized, and able to prioritize assignments. Knowledge of Smartsheet is helpful.

Work Schedule Summary: 8am-5pm, M-F, depending on departmental needs. Hybrid work schedule available. (This position has the ability to telework remotely for a portion of each week. An employee hired into this role will be responsible for providing space, printing, networking and/or internet capabilities at the telecommute location and agree to the terms of the University of Utah campus Telecommuting Agreement while working remotely.)
