Job Details

The primary purposes of this position are to create and manage all Stephens College of Business marketing and communications efforts and support the Dean and Stephens College of Business faculty in maintaining AACSB accreditation.

  1. Create and maintain all Stephens College of Business social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and ensure the Stephens College of Business is active.
  2. Maintain the Stephens College of Business website.
  3. Identify and create profiles for students and alumni to promote on all social media, including the website.
  4. Write and disseminate a weekly newsletter for Stephens College of Business students and a quarterly newsletter for Stephens College of Business alumni and friends.
  5. Work with the Dean and Director of the Grainger Center for Professional Development to provide logistical support for all Stephens College of Business events.
  6. Support the Dean in working with the Stephens College of Business Board of Advisors.
  7. Ensure signage in Morgan and Stephens Halls are relevant and current.
  8. Coordinate the collection, interpretation, documentation, and summary of quantitative, longitudinal, and multivariate assessment data in support of teaching and learning.
  9. Analyze class enrollment data to predict trends and inform college decision makers.
  10. Prepare reports and analyses, setting forth strengths/weaknesses of various accreditation projects and making appropriate recommendations for action.
  11. Evaluate data for all required AACSB reports, including the Business School Questionnaire.
  12. Serve as staff support for all Stephens College of Business standing committees: Curriculum, Assurance of Learning Committee, Faculty Qualifications, and Student and Alumni Engagement.
  13. Develop and, as appropriate, modify the Stephens College of Business evaluation and testing strategy, methodology, and processes in collaboration with the dean, faculty, and Institutional Research.
