Supply Specialist III (AC05/61122276/ PCLS202400463), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 03. Salary range: $27,510.00 (minimum) - $39,207.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the unive rsity.
Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain correct inventory levels.
Deliver faculty and staff purchases.
Verifies the quantity and condition of incoming freight. Tags and situates incoming materials.
Creates turn in documents for surplus material.
Handles all constituent needs in a professional, timely and positive manner.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: A high school diploma and experience in a related field. M ust possess and keep a valid driver’s license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse setting and with inventory control and gathering supplies and materials.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must provide oral and written computer skills. Must be able to proficiently operate computers, calculators, copiers, telephones, forklift, strapping machine, various hand tools, pallet jack, ladders, and vehicles as assigned.
