Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration
Department: Athletics
Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration within the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: be responsible for oversight of comprehensive academic support program for student athletes; act as a liaison with appropriate University departments, i.e, Financial Aid, Undergraduate Admission, Counseling and Psychological Services, Department of Disability Services and the Campus Intervention Team; sport supervision; etc.

Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2016, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2016
Required Years of Experience: 5
Other Requirements:
Five years of intercollegiate athletics experience. Higher education experience. Division I NCAA compliance experience or academic background. Sport oversight and other managerial experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree. Coaching experience. Former student-athletic experience.
