Position:          Vice President for Enrollment Management

Peru State College, NE, invites applications for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). As the chief enrollment and student affairs officer of the institution, the Vice President reports directly to the President and serves on the President’s Cabinet. The VPEM provides strategic leadership, vision and administrative management for the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid and Retention services.

The ideal candidate is expected to be:
•    A professional with high integrity and values who understands and has experience with the comprehensive nature of recruitment, retention and fostering persistence to graduation.
•    A highly motivated, innovative leader and visionary who has a strong understanding of current theories and practices in higher education.
•    An advocate for student-centered educational experiences both on campus and online, with a passion for the College’s open access mission and the role this mission plays in higher education.
•    A leader in embracing the College’s strategic plan and its commitment to building a culture of engagement.
•    An open and transparent leader who collaborates effectively with the students, student organizations, faculty members, staff, parents and the community to provide inclusive personal and academic support to students .
•    Conversant in the use of current technology strategies to enhance recruitment and retention.
•    A strong advocate for Peru State College, partnering with the President in outreach and campus engagement.

Peru State College seeks an enrollment and student affairs leader with:
•    A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, terminal degree preferred.
•    A career of progressively responsible leadership, administration, budget and human resource management in higher education student affairs, enrollment management or related fields.
•    A demonstrated commitment to student success, inclusion and building strong student experiences.
