Assistant Professor: $75,000-$120,000 (based on discipline); Associate Professor: $80,000-$150,000 (based on discipline; Professor: $95,000-$170,000 (based on discipline)

Job Summary

Faculty position with responsibility for research in the National Center for the Elimination of Educational Disparities ( NCEED )

Job Duties

• Develop research agenda
• Implement and publish school-based research
• Submit proposals for external funding
• Teach courses
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics

• Research
• Data analysis
• Ability to work cooperatively with a research team
• Ability to travel
• Ability to work in an office and in a classroom environment

Required Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a Ph.D or Ed.D related to literacy from an accredited college or university. At least three years of experience in Higher Education and K-12 teaching and supervision are required. Experience in grant-funded research.
