The Department of Orthopaedics at the University at Buffalo is recruiting a faculty member to join as a Clinical Assistant Professor. This well-regarded academic program offers complete care of all orthopaedic and musculoskeletal problems from kids to seniors. We are looking for dedicated physicians in the following specialties;
1. Joint Replacement & Reconstruction
2. Pediatrics
3. Trauma
Responsibilities and Duties will include:

Academically, the candidates will teach students, residents, and fellows. The department offers support for grant writing and collaborative research.
Required Qualifications;
Completed accredited Orthopaedic Residency and Fellowship.

Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Provide patient care at UBMD Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine outpatient locations.
- Provide patient care through our local hospital affiliations and hospital clinics including Kaleida Health, Erie County Medical Center ( ECMC ), The Catholic Health System, Niagara Falls Memorial, Buffalo General Medical Center and Oishei Childern’s Hospital.
- Provide leadership in training of residents and medical students and participate in departmental grand rounds and journal clubs.
