This position is responsible for assuring smooth operation of the clinic patient flow. - Receives all incoming calls, messages, and faxes for the clinic and distributes to appropriate staff.
- Schedules new and established patients based upon clinic protocols.
- Greets patients at check in and checkout; assists patients with forms and with questions on their accounts, may make appropriate notations on fee sheets.
- Contacts patients who have missed appointments.
