The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is preferred in surgical pathology with experience in breast pathology. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. American Board of Pathology, AP-only or AP/CP.
Teaching responsibilities may include the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows rotating through the breast pathology service.
Clinical responsibilities may include participation in the breast pathology service at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and its affiliates, general frozen section service, autopsy service, and night/weekend call.
Additional subspecialty interests will be considered.
