The Assistant Director of Multicultural and Community Engagement will oversee the college, high school and community engagement activities to ensure the voices of diverse, marginalized, low-income citizens are heard and reflected in College resources and activities.  The Assistant Director of Admissions for Multicultural and Community Engagement represents Monroe County Community College at college fairs and high school/community college recruitment visits and assists prospective students and their parents navigate the admission process, academic programs, financial aid and scholarships, student organizations and activities. Qualifications include a Master’s degree; three years of progressive experience in higher education student services; student services with a focus on diverse student populations preferred; knowledge working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably TargetX (Salesforce) preferred.  This is a grant-funded position.
