Office for Information Technology

Williams College seeks a Project Manager for the Administrative Information Systems team in the Office for Information Technology.  Reporting to the Director of Administrative Information Systems, and working closely with the Office of the Registrar and the Dean’s Office, the Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the effective use of information systems for managing the College’s academic records.  The Project Manager will provide both leadership and technical support for the core databases and numerous peripheral systems, integrating systems and providing access to information by faculty, staff and students. The Project Manager will lead information technology projects with an institutional perspective and coordinate resources across departments and project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Significant progressive experience related to large databases, systems analysis, programming, and reporting for enterprise-wide integrated administrative systems
  • Must have highly-developed analytical and problem solving skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborating with a diverse group of individuals
  • Experience with project planning and the ability to develop, organize, and manage multiple priorities at once are critical
  • Experience with PeopleSoft applications is desirable
