Academic Program Manager
Job Summary
This position provides project management and logistics support for the undergraduate program in the David Eccles School of Business. Develops and implements processes and policies related to enrollment management, forecasting, course scheduling, and related duties as assigned. Reports to Director of Undergraduate Operations and Enrollment.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
1. Develop, maintain, and deploy systems for enrollment management, including forecasting and predictive analysis.2. Oversee Eccles School course scheduling process, including developing and maintaining efficient and effective process.3. Oversee Eccles curriculum management processes, including catalog and requisite updates.4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure student success, including Dean's Office, academic departments, Office of Admission and Transition, and Undergraduate Advising Services.5. Maintain student records in systems including SalesForce, Qualtrics, PeopleSoft, OnBase.6. Manage cohort schedule, classes, and enrollment for Business Scholars Experience students.7. Coordinate with department chairs and program staff to plan and execute curriculum changes.8. Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner. Produce high-quality work with speed and accuracy.9. Preference for strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), CRMs, and other systems (SalesForce, Qualtrics, PeopleSoft, OnBase).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area plus three years of experience in budget, grant and program management or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. Develops and implements program ideas into successful academic and research programs; demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
