The University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law is excited to invite applications for the inaugural Wagner/Holbrook Presidential Endowed Chair in Negotiation. This inaugural endowed chair will have the opportunity to conduct impactful scholarly work and teaching with an emphasis on negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. This inaugural endowed chair is an entry level tenure track position at the rank of Associate Professor of Law beginning in the academic year of 2025-2026. Qualifications for the position include a J.D., S.J.D., or Ph.D., a strong academic record, capacity for scholarly merit, and proven or potential teaching distinction.
