Pay Range: $63,128 annually or higher depending on experience

FTE: 1.0

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:
This position oversees the application of web engagement technologies in support of strategic marketing and communication goals. The position ensures web efforts are planned, resources and executed, and will manage a team of web coordinators and technicians.

Duties may include:
  • Select, train, mentor and evaluate staff
  • Oversee team workload and assign effort to team members
  • Plan, prioritize, resource and execute on web efforts
  • Analyze, evaluate and report on efforts
  • Advise stakeholders on how to utilize web-based engagement tools
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent



  • Five years building and maintaining web properties
  • Creating and sending bulk emails
  • Managing multiple complex technology projects
  • Leading project teams
  • Using project management tools
  • Using web analytics applications to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Applying principles of web design, search engine optimization and accessibility


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Two years of experience managing multiple direct reports
  • Experience in marketing or communications, preferably in higher education
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with CRM, DAM, and marketing automation applications
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
