Position: This position is responsible for recruiting students to Mid-Plains Community College and contributing to enrollment growth. This role will provide outreach to potential students, plan and facilitate recruitment events, and market programs for all campuses. Extensive travel, with college fleet vehicle, in our 18-county service area and beyond is required during peak recruitment seasons. This position will also assist with admissions processes and on campus recruiting efforts and events.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three main campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska and two located in North Platte, Nebraska. Additionally, there are community campus sites in Broken Bow, Imperial, Ogallala and Valentine with satellite classrooms located throughout the area. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, while a combination of postsecondary education and work experience is recommended. Qualified applicants should have a general understanding of community college or higher education systems. Basic knowledge of advising, recruitment, marketing, social media, and financial aid is helpful. Position requires extensive travel during peak recruitment seasons. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful but not required.
