Summary:
The College of Lake County is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to teach in the Computer Science program as adjunct faculty. The instructor is responsible for developing and distributing a course syllabus, teaching all scheduled classes, and responding to and evaluating student work.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a Master's degree in a related discipline with at least 18 graduate hours of Computer Science courses.

Special Instructions Summary: Computer Science courses are offered in both days and evenings during the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms at our Grayslake campus. We also offer courses via Zoom and asynchronously online. Courses are also offered Friday evening and Saturday morning. This posting will be used also to obtain a pool of qualified candidates. As teaching needs arise, applications will be reviewed for possible interviews. The number of adjunct faculty hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department. Adjunct faculty hires and assignments are coordinated by the department chairs. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Your application can remain under consideration the academic year.
