Position Summary:
The College of Nursing (CON) at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh invites applications for Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in the Doctor of Nursing Practice - Nurse Anesthesia emphasis program, with anticipated start date of July 1, 2025 (Annual Appointment) or an August 2025 (Academic Year Appointment). To fill this faculty position, we are seeking candidates who are collaborative, energetic, and have expertise in nurse anesthesia. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarship, and service. Rank will be determined upon review of qualifications.

Responsibilities
Expertise and experience in health care coordination and service delivery. Work collaboratively with Dean, Associate Dean, and faculty in the nursing graduate programs to teach, develop, implement, refine, revise, and/or evaluate nursing student curriculum and policies. Maintain scholarship and service activities appropriate for rank.
Regular on-campus presence is required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
Qualifications
Required:
- Doctoral degree of an accredited nurse anesthesia program associated with a regionally accredited institution of higher education
- An active NBCRNA certification and in good standing for recertification at the time of applying
- Three years of clinical experience which is defined as full-time active practice, equivalent part-time experience considered, in the Operating Room (OR) post completion of doctoral program.
- Unencumbered license as a registered nurse and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and licensure in the state of Wisconsin at the time of appointment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity

- Demonstrated experience coaching, supervising, or training others
- Graduate level teaching experience
- Distance/online teaching experience
- Evidence of scholarship and service
