Job Description

This position is responsible for providing frontline desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and others. Also provides administrative support for a wide range of student success, retention and recruitment programing. Represent the team at weekly meetings and events, as needed. The position will support fiscal duties as directed by supervisor. May also lead and direct the work of students and hourly staff as needed.

Considerable knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques. Considerable knowledge of standard office practices and procedures. Working knowledge of information systems and PC-related software to include Microsoft Office products. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare correspondence, manipulate data and produce reports. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of student and hourly worker. Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a team player. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.

Conditions of Employment
