Job-Specific Details
The Public & Community Health Department within the School of Health Sciences at Liberty University invites applications for a residential adjunct faculty position in Public Health starting January 13, 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate level public health curriculum, including the BS in Public Health, involve and mentor undergraduate students in research, and participate in academic advising, program development, and institutional committee assignments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in public health or closely related degree is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in public health and/or population health.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work collegially.
• Must be committed to the evangelical standards and mission of Liberty University.
Preferred Qualifications:
An MPH/MSPH or closely related field
• Experience in teaching a variety of undergraduate level courses.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Skill in research methodology and analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively.
